At Youth Services Network (YSN), our work is grounded in a clear, unwavering purpose: to end youth homelessness in Minnesota. That mission doesn’t pause when the headlines shift. We lead with our 9 Principles and strategic priorities, which center equity, youth voice, and community collaboration. These values aren’t just aspirational—they are operational. They guide how we respond when the environment becomes difficult.

When federal housing programs face cuts, we double down on coordination to make the most of limited resources.
When fear spreads in immigrant communities after ICE raids, our partners ensure youth know their rights and have access to safe, affirming spaces.

When divisive rhetoric targets trans and LGBTQ+ youth, we make it unequivocally clear: you belong, and we’re in your corner.
